Pankaj is a perceptive strategist who has worked for over 17 years with monumental names of the industry including Sony Pictures, Paramount Pictures, Globe Telecom and TATA Teleservices.
Having completed his Post Graduate in Business Administration from Institute of Modern Management, Kolkata, he further pursued an Executive Leadership Program from NMIMS, Mumbai. A keen observer of Economics, Politics and International Relations, he believes that formal education by itself cannot fulfil employability requirements and skilling is a necessity in the current economic environment.
Dr. Kaveri Dutta is an accomplished learning and development professional with over 15 years of experience in advancing knowledge, skills, and community empowerment. She holds a postgraduate degree in Textiles from SNDT Women’s University, Mumbai, and a Postgraduate Diploma in Hospitality Management.
A dedicated educator and mentor, Dr. Dutta is widely recognized for her ability to make learning engaging, participatory, and impactful. Her expertise spans Indian handlooms and handicrafts, design innovation, product development, and sustainable practices. She has worked extensively on research, documentation, concept creation, surface embellishment, and design-to-prototype translation, while also leading capacity-building workshops for artisans and young professionals.
Her professional associations reflect her global outlook: she is a visiting faculty member at the National Institute of Fashion Technology (NIFT), a member of the Paris Institute of Fashion Technology, and a member of the Beijing Institute of Fashion Technology.
In addition to her academic and institutional roles, Dr. Dutta contributes thought leadership to internationally reputed journals, writing on themes such as fashion, handicrafts, handlooms, and sustainable design futures.
Through her work, she continues to champion inclusive and sustainable learning ecosystems, particularly in sectors that empower communities, preserve cultural heritage, and support livelihood generation.

With a B.Com (Hons.) from St. Xavier’s, Kolkata and an MBA in Finance & Marketing from Guwahati University, he views knowledge as the outcome of education and skilling and vocational training as what makes an individual job-ready.
